Building a Market-Based Salary Structure
Learning Objectives:
1) Benchmarking base pay compensation
- Identifying the best salary survey sources for your organization, and how to interpret the data
2) Using the market data to develop a base pay structure
3) Best practices in administering & maintaining a base pay structure

All attendees will be able to park in the library parking lot or the first floor of the parking garage (both are located behind the library). There is a 3 hour limit in the garage. Since there is limited parking, it would be great if some attendees could carpool. If needed we can request a parking passes which is good for the 4th floor of the parking garage.
