Paula Harvey is the CEO of her Human Resources consulting company, K&P Consulting. Her firm provides business consulting to optimize human assets in organizations. Her professional experience has spanned more than 27 years as a Human Resources Generalist.  She is multi-lingual and has spoken to both global and national audiences on many subjects in the Human Resources and Safety fields of practice. She has worked in a wide variety of industries including retail, engineering services, furniture and steel fabrication.

She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) serving as the Southeast Membership Advisory Council (MAC) Representative and the North Carolina SHRM State Director. She has also served on SHRM’s Health, Safety and Security Panel, and is a past-president of two local SHRM chapters. In 1999, Paula earned her MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management from UNC Charlotte. She has also earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in International Marketing and Operations Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
