    We recently completed the four-year anniversary of the Affordable Care Act. Brian Foley, Senior Vice President with Willis, will provide an overview of this evolving legislation and the impact it has for employers. Key areas to be addressed include:

    Our Speaker:  Brian Foley is a Senior Vice President and Client Advocate for the Willis Carolina’s Human Capital Group.  Brian has Client Advocate Responsibilities for several clients ranging in size, scope and geography.  Primary day to day client service function is focused on strategy development, project management, healthcare reform compliance, and overall client satisfaction.

    Brian has twenty five years of experience in employee benefits consulting. Prior to joining Willis in 2002, Brian was a Senior Manager with the in the Human Capital Practice with Arthur Andersen in the Carolinas.  He began his career as an Account Manager for a large national carrier and transitioned to a benefit consultant at Johnson and Higgins in 1992.
