    Our speaker, Bryce Woods is currently a Manager of Workforce Analytics at TIAA-CREF. He has been at TIAA-CREF for ~3.5yrs and his responsibilities include developing Human Capital and HR Operations Scorecards, deep dive workforce investigations and predictive modeling, as well as process and methodology improvement. He has a Masters Degree in I/O Psychology from UNCC and is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. Prior to working at TIAA-CREF, he worked in personality assessment and marketing analytics.
