Mental Health First Aid Workshop

Just as CPR helps you assist an individual having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid helps you assist someone experiencing a mental health related crisis even if you have no crinical training.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- Risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns
- Startegies for how to help someone in crisis & non-crisis stuations
- Where to turn for help
This is a free 8 hours workshop but space is limited to the first 24 registrants!!!!!
