Through a hands-on, high-energy and laughter-filled session we will use improvisational comedy based exercises, tools, techniques to improve workplace communication skills and overall professional presence! You will walk away with an intro into how to use our improv techniques to improve yourself by: 

·  Paying attention to the words you say and how you say them

·  Using nonverbal techniques such as eye contact, body language, and facial expressions to move a project forward

·  Listening to understand, not to respond

·  Responding in a way that acknowledges and authenticates other’s thoughts and ideas.
