DIVERSITY, EQUITY and INCLUSION in the WORKPLACE

This workshop explores diversity, equity, inclusion in the workplace. Participants will also be introduced to belonging, bias and microaggressions. It is designed to introduce employees to the aforementioned concepts and to translate what is often an ambiguous, intellectual topic into pratical examples that learners can grasp and appreciate. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the benefits of an inclusive workplace that creates a safe environment where people can openly discuss their issues.
