    Kenneth Mayes, MBA, SHRM-CP, CDE®, CDR  

     

    Kenneth is a certified, and seasoned HR professional with over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resource practices. He is the Military Liaison for the NCSHRM Council and Certification Chair for the Fayetteville Area Society for Human Resource Management. When Ken is not volunteering his time with SHRM, he is the Employer Relations Manager at Syracuse University’s Institute for Veterans and Military Families, a veteran service organization that provides employability skills training for military personnel and their families during and after their transition to private sector employment.  He is a retiree of the United States Army with over 25 years of service and an unwavering ally for the miliary community.
