Best Inclusive Wellness Practices: Re-evaluating Health Metrics for Company Wellness Programming
As we approach the new year, many employers focus their efforts on workplace wellness and explore innovative strategies to support their employees’ wellness goals—recognizing the connection between well-being and workplace productivity. Join us for our December program, where we will take a closer looker at current workplace wellness programs, and explore a more inclusive, and holistic approach to employee health. We will examine traditional weight-based wellness programs, which often focus on physical health and metrics like food and exercise, and discuss their limitations, and discuss ways to be inclusive and focus on overall health and not just diet and nutrition.
Learn About:
- Wellness in the workplace
- Work-based Wellness Programs of the future
- Weight-neutral health & wellness care models
- Weight Inclusion
- Ableism
