JANUARY CHAPTER MEETING (VIRTUAL)

bridges the gap between employers and talent by offering comprehensive workforce
solutions tailored to meet business needs.
This presentation will highlight the resources and services available to employers.

1). Gain insight into the range of services NCWorks offers to support employers
2). Learn how to access and utilize NCWorks resources, such as job postings, candidate
pre-screening, and hiring events, to meet immediate and long-term staffing needs
3). Learn about available training programs, including On-the-Job Training (OJT) and
Work Experience, designed to enhance employee skills and offset training costs
