At the same time, many states are passing legalization of marijuana that may impact some drug free workplace policies. This seminar will cover legal compliance issues, principally under the ADA, with respect to anti-discrimination and confidentiality issues, as well as address EAP and available therapy options dispelling many commonly held misconceptions.
